Mumbai ,Oct.02: Mumbai is seen and taken as one of the safest metro cities in India. It is called a city which never sleeps, we have shootings, actors and other businessmen flying and travelling in and out the city at odd hours every day. It came to us as a shock when last night a beloved actor from our industry well-known for his works in Splitsvilla and currently in Pyaar Ki Yeh Ek Kahaani.
The star is highly liked by the audience and has a huge fan following among girls. The incident sure has shook the base of Mumbai Police as well us the small Screen industry.
According to the reports that he gave the police it all happened while driving back to Goregaon from Powai on the national highway, he was surrounded and targeted by some goons. It all happened pretty quickly when a BEST bus came on his way all of a sudden and to protect his car he applied the brakes.
To his surprise a car went ahead and blocked his way by overtaking him, another car joined in and men got down from the vehicles. They asked him to get out of the car and the moment he got out 15 to 20 men started hitting him with sticks.
The most surprising element of the incident came in when his girlfriend Kishwar Merchant tweeted about the incident blaming political party workers as the culprits who had beaten Suyyash. She openly tweeted and criticized the system, we are yet not sure if it really was the work of members of any political party. No particular names or political party has been named in the tweet.
We are all in shock in awe of the incident, Suyyash luckily has reported the number of the car which the goons were driving hence there is still hope for justice.
