Sharjah – Sharjah Police have released a video of multiple drug busts they carried out recently, where they are seen arresting the dealers red-handed and recovering large quantities of drugs.
In a press release issued by the force on Wednesday, Sharjah Police said the raids were carried out in separate locations across Sharjah, including the port, acting on information received through investigation.
The police caught the dealers red handed and recovered large quantities of drugs from them. Using multiple cameras, including a drone camera, the force recorded three drug busts carried out – two in the night and one in the day time.
The police added that the raids gave them further leads on where the drugs were stored. They were stored in a boat docked at the port, concealed beneath the wooden planks.
The police have not yet disclosed further details on the type of drugs, their quantity or worth.
