Kundapur, October 24: In an accident which took place at around 4.15pm on Friday between a lorry and Kinetic scooter, the scooter rider has expired immediately. This accident took place at Sang junction on highway 66, near Kundapur.
The victim has been identified as Ganesh Poojary a resident of Devali near Mullikatti.
It is gathered that, Ganesh, a real estate dealer had visited Kundapur and was on his way back in Kinetic scooter. The lorry was on its way to Hyderabad rammed over the scooter from rear end. The lorry bears an Andhra registration.
A case has been registered by the Kundapur traffic cops.
