Maggi noodles sale banned in the state after June 7th : Health Minister Khader.

Bengaluru, June 6: Health minister UT Khader has ordered not to sell Maggi noodles from Sunday, June 7th, onwards in Karnataka.

Addressing a press meet at Vidhan Soudha, Minister Khader said, it must be ensured that Maggi noodles are not sold in the state after Sunday, June 7th. Legal actions would be initiated if the orders are violated. Teams will be formed by the health department to inspect this, he informed.

It has been decided to get the reports from the CFTRI to where the Maggi noodles are sent for test.

As per the central government order, it has been ordered to stop the production of noodles in the state.It has also been directed to return the maggi noodles from all the shops, he informed.
