Mangaluru, August 01: A youth who was transporting 30Kgs of beef illegally on his scooter was caught by the activists of Bhajrangadahl near Pandit house, Thokkotu and was handed over to the Ullal police on Saturday, August 1st.
The arrested is identified as Mallik, resident of Melangady in Ullal.
The activists of Bhajrangadhal had received information that the beef was being illegally transported in a scooter from Madani Nagar to Ulall. As usual, Mallik had been to Madani Nagar on his Activa scooter. While he was returning back, the activists of Bhajrangdhal who were waiting for him, stopped Mallik near Pandith House. The activists handed him over to the Ullal Police along with his scooter.
Ullal police have arrested the accused and registered a case.
