Mangalore,Feb.11th:A two-days national seminar Spandana “Voices of the Vulnerable” held at Roshni Nilaya College here on February 11, Thursday.
Director of Centre for Development Studies Rita Noronha inauguratied the seminar and said that The benefits of development should be equitably accessed by all sections of the society.
Continuing her address, Noronha questioned as to what kind of social transformation one can expect if discrimination prevailed in the higher education field.
Jennis Mary who also spoke said one needs courage and analytical skills to deal with the vulnerable apart from a positive mindset.
