Mangalore Sept.14: The 28th Ganeshotsav was celebrated by Shree Vidya Ganpathi Seva Trust K.S.R.T.C Mangalore at K.S.R.T.C Bejjai ,was concluded with colorful shobhayatra.
The celebration started from Sept.9 and continued for five days till Friday Sept.13 with various religious and cultural programmes.
The fest concluded with colorful Shobhayatra and immersion procession of Lord Ganesh idol on September 13, Friday evening along with enticing tableaus, attractive fire work show, puppets shows, chende, Nasik band team. The procession started from K.S.R.T.C and passed through Lalbagh, City Corporation, Hindi Prachara Samithi, Mannagudda Gurji, Newchitra theatre, Car street Venkataramana temple and culminating at car street where the idol was immersed in Mahammayee Temple Lake.
