About Inland Windsors…

Inland Windsors, the first skyscraper of Mangalore, located on a huge spread of land, on Mangalore International Airport Road, Maryhill, is a 26-storey residential development. “We take pride in giving Mangaloreans a new experience in urban residence that can complement the dynamism and gusto of the present generation who aspire for very edgy and contemporary design with world class amenities”, says Siraj Ahmed, chairman and MD of In-Land Group.

The structure is designed in the shape of sea waves by architect Sagar Mistry, who has worked with internationally acclaimed architect Hafeez Contractor. With the right combination of art and architecture, it is designed to give an invigorating ambience to its dwellers. The icing on the cake is that it provides privacy and singularity to those seeking to enjoy a hushed ambience away from the busy city life even when enjoying the luxuries that come with its prime location. It provides convenient access to upscale shops, recreational amenities, and other conveniences.

The complex consists of 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4BHK apartments and duplex apartments as well as three independent row houses. The stunning design is perfectly complemented by impressive amenities for rest, fitness, leisure, comfort, and indulgence.

Inland Windsors is an engineering marvel surrounded by a 360° panoramic view of the sea and the lush green landscape of Dakshina Kannada. The charming exterior looks of this super structure are well complemented by the state-of-the-art amenities provided on the inside to its residents. A dedicated club house that comes with a swimming pool, a fully-equipped gymnasium, Jacuzzi, steam room, massage room, squash court, billiards room, TV room, multipurpose hall, and a host of other indoor games, is the first of its kind in any of Mangalore’s residential complexes. Another striking feature of this apartment complex is the helipad that sits majestically on top of the massive structure.

Some of the other amenities that make everyday life easier for its residents include garbage chute facility, four high speed imported elevators including one 13 person stretcher-cum-passenger lift all of which clock a record time of 35 seconds from level 0 to 23, three levels of parking space including dedicated visitors’ parking, three-tier security system with electronic surveillance and video door phone, uninterrupted power supply, reticulated gas connection, and digital TV network with internet.

The roof rain water harvesting system and sewage treatment plant stand testimony to the fact that the well-being of the environment has not been ignored in the overall thought process.

About In-Land Group…

In-Land has a strong presence in the real estate scenario in Mangalore and many other South Indian states where it has diversified its business interests. Coming up with landmark structures is not new to In-Land as they made their presence felt by creating ‘Inland Ebony’, a unique, circular, and first-of-its-kind residential tower in Karnataka, one of the very few in the country. They followed it with many more signature brands like ‘Inland Ornate’, ‘Inland Monarch’, ‘Inland Everglades’, and many more in Mangalore and Bangalore. Having transformed the skylines wherever the company has made successful foray, it also goes without saying that many of their projects have become architectural milestones in their own right. Inland Windsors is an iconic and luminary addition to that long list of landmark structures.

In-Land was chosen for ‘Suraksha Puraskar’, the national-level NSCI safety awards 2011 in the construction sector for Inland Windsors. This goes to prove that the company has made prodigious efforts to provide maximum safety and security to its residents apart from other top notch amenities.

A proud Siraj Ahmed is extremely delighted that Inland Windsors has become the cynosure of all eyes. An added feather in its cap is that it is for the first time there will be a medley of Mangaloreans of diverse religions spread across the globe who have been successful in their own way, living under one roof at Inland Windsors.

“An organization is a tune to be sung in unison” says Ahmed further adding that team spirit can work wonders for an organization. This talented team is working in tandem to come out with some landmark projects changing the very landscape of Mangalore. It is said “when talent meets opportunity it creates magic” and this is true for Inland team which has woven its magic in and around Mangalore and Bangalore. Ahmed, who is known for his team philosophy, has infused the same high-octane energy in his professional team and that magic is reflected in the structures they have created.

Ahmed has a penchant for learning and has updated his knowledge by doing a one-year business leadership programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, in 2012-2013. His service to society is recognized and he was conferred the ‘Aryabhata Award’ in 2012 in the social service category.

In-Land has many ambitious and prestigious ongoing projects to its credit both in Mangalore and Bangalore. Some of the ongoing residential and commercial projects of the company are ‘Inland Impala’ in Ullal, ‘Inland Espana’ in Bejai, ‘Inland Scion’ in Falnir, ‘Inland Echelon’ in Ballalbagh, ‘Inland Eon’ in Gandhinagar, ‘Inland Evince’ on Kadri Temple Road, and ‘Inland Elan’ on Matadakani Road, in Mangalore. The company also has an ongoing residential project ‘Inland Imaad’ in Hegdenagar, Bangalore. Soon it is going to launch ‘Inland Edilon’ in Yelahanka and ‘Inland Elanza’, in Kodigehalli, Bangalore, ‘Inland Mayura’ in Puttur, ‘Inland Estoria’ in Valencia, and ‘Inland Sunlight and Inland Moonlight’ on Kuloor-Kavoor Road, Mangalore.
