Mangalore: Empower all households with banking facilities” said Shri P Jayarama Bhat, MD & CEO of the Bank while addressing Regional Heads during Q1 Business Review Conference of Regional Heads held on 01-08-2014 at Mangalore. He also gave a call to all Bank staff to reach out to the vast population and acquire new clients to expand the business. The sentiments of the domestic economy is turning positive in view of political stability and various initiatives announced in the Union Budget. With this background he observed that the opportunity for new business is bright and we should gear up to tap the potentiality. He emphasized the need for understanding customer profile for catering the required banking facilities by extending courteous services. “This year should be an year of all round Growth” he declared.
In his welcome and introductory address, Sri. M.S. Mahabaleshwar Bhat, Chief General Manager, highlighted the performance of the Bank vis a vis Banking Industry and Peer group.
Sri M Raghavendra Bhat, General Manager, gave a detailed presentation on business performance of the Bank during Q1.
Shri. P. Jairama Hande, Senior General Manager, Shri N Upendra Prabhu, Dr. Meera Aranha and Shri Raghurama General Managers, spoke on the occasion.
All the Ten Regional Heads across the country and top executives of the Bank participated in the conference.
