Kulai, September 25: Today morning a theft has come to light where in the burglars allegedly broke into the office of an advocate in Kulai and decamped with cash Rs 2 lakhs.
The thieves sneaked into the office of advocate P Santhosh Aithal on Wednesday late night by using a pick-axe and fled away Rs 2 lakhs. The office is adjacent to his residence.
The pick-axe used to break open the door of the office was found in a close-by area outside.
It is said that it was the second theft that had taken place in the area.
Suratkal Cops have registered a case and investigations are on.
