Mangalore, September 27: The Lions Club, Mangalore and NSS Unit in Paduva College, in collaboration with the Tejaswini and A.J Hospitals conducted a mega blood donation and blood grouping camp on Saturday, September 27th at Paduva College in Mangalore.
The camp was inaugurated by district in-charge minister, Ramanath Rai. He said that, ‘Present students must involve themselves more and more in social work. The blood donation is a greatest charity, the students must collect appropriate information on this when they grow and donate blood regularly thereby protecting another life “, he said.
Mahabala Marla, Mayor of Mangalore City Corporation and others participated as chief guests in this camp. Paduva College students donated their blood enthusiastically in this camp.
