Mangalore, October 8: The Daksahina Kannada district administration, under the collaboration of the Scheduled tribes development department, observed the “Valmiki Jayanthi” program in the city at the Zilla Panchayat auditorium On Wednesday October 8th.
On this occasion, the district in-charge minister Ramanath Rai, inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp.
