While most other superstars are busy building six packs, Amitabh Bachchan has opted for a chubby look in his forthcoming film Piku. Here are some exclusive stills from the movie with Big B looking rather cute and cuddly with that bulging belly of his. Bachchan has never been afraid of experimenting with his looks whether it involves dressing up as a woman or playing a kid in Paa but this is the first time we are seeing the once lanky star in a chubby avatar.
Piku features Deepika Padukone playing the role of Bachchan’s daughter. And now we hear that her love interest in the film will be played by none other than the very versatile, Irrfan Khan. Deepika and Irrfan should make for a very interesting pair in this film.
Piku is focused on the relationship between a father and daughter played by Bachchan and Deepika. The film will be directed by Soojit Sircar who shot to fame with Vicky Donor and is slated to release on the 30th of April 2015.
