Mumbai : Mogaveera Vyavasthapaka Mandali’s MVM Educational Campus celebrated “MVM Cultural Festival” at the Campus Ground on January 17, 2015. This was a part of the “Annual Day” and the “Fund Raising Programme” 2014-15 of their project “Vision 20-20”.
Dr. Samir Dalwai, Developmental Pediatrician & Hon. Consultant, New Horizons Child Development Centre was the Chief Guest for the occasion.
Adarsh Hegde, Executive Director, All Cargo Logistics Ltd. & Renowned Singer, Anup Jalota were the Guests of Honour. Ashok Bhau Jadhav was the special guest for the Day.
“All Cargo Logistics Ltd.” & “Mogaveera Bank” are the main sponsors of the Event.
All the distinguished guests applauded and appreciated the development work undertaken by the campus & wished them all success in their endeavor & new ventures.
The President of the M V Mandali, Ajit Suvarna and the Chairman of the Education Committee, Satishkumar Shriyan thanked everyone who had joined hands with them in achieving their mission. The Educational Director Dr. Indu Salian appreciated the co-ordinated efforts of all faculty and non teaching staff for the successful conduct of the programme. Few people who were chosen for their outstanding contribution towards the conduct of the programme were felicitated. The Sasihithlu Bhavani & Mohan Mendon Junior College of Commerce bagged the prize for highest collection of funds from among the various sections.
The Formal Function was followed by an Entertainment Programme presented by the School/College students of the Campus. The Mesmerizing Dance performances and an Electrifying Fashion Show enthralled the audience and held them spell bound.
The special attraction of the evening was a Live Orchestra with Singing Sensations Sam, who was a star performer at the A.R.Rehman Concert, Dubai and Geetanjali More, a Scintillating Singer & Guitarist.
The Programme was a treat to the spectators which they will surely remember for a long time to come.
