New Delhi, March 25: After a lot of delays, the former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee will be conferred with the prestigious Bharat Ratna on March 27th, Friday. The award will be presented to Vajpayee at his house.
President Pranab Mukherjee will be going to attend the ceremony.
