Mangaluru, May 21: Sri Niranjana Swamy, a spiritual guide and educationist from Dakshina Kannada district, rested in eternal peace in Mumbai on Wednesday May 20th at the age of 84.
Sri Niranjana Swamy was the founder of Sri Kshetra Sunkadakatte near Bajpe in Dakshina Kannada district and Ambika Annapoorneshwari Temple at Jacob Circle, Saat Rasta in Mumbai.
He established N S Educational Trust in 1981.Under this trust, he founded many educational institutions including Sri Niranjana Swamy first gradecollege at Sunkadakatte and Sri Niranjana Swamy Polytechnic Sunkadakatte.
Sri Niranjana Swamy had lakhs of followers, in Dakshina Kannada and neighbouring districts, and Mumbai.
Sri Niranjana Swamy is survived by two sons.
