Madikeri, September 23: A bizarre incident has been reported from Suntikoppa town near Madikeri, where in police during night beat have stolen CFL the bulb fixed in front of an electrical shop and the news has gone viral.
But the police were unaware of the fact that CCTV cameras were fixed in the shop. Next morning, when the shop owner saw that the bulbs fixed in front of his shop were stolen, he checked the footages of CCTV cameras and found to his surprise that the bulbs were stolen by the policemen during their night beat.
The videos of this theft went viral over the social media. It is said, silent investigations have been taken up on this matter.
No complaint has been filed yet, it is learnt.
