Mangaluru, December 16: The new building of the Shri Rama degree college of Kalladka Shri Rama Vidya Kendra, was inaugurated by Union minister for road transport and highways Nitin Gadkari on Tuesday, December 15th.
Later as part of the fed light sports, the mass performance by 3132 students from the elementary school, high school, undergraduate and graduate students drew the attention of all.
After watching the performance of the students, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said, I have not watched such an awesome performance by the children till now in my life. Here the efforts put in by the teachers are clearly evident, he said expressing joy. Education does not mean getting cleared in the school exams. Moral education in passing the exams of life should also be attained, he said.
He lauded the students of Shri Rama Vidya Kendra and said, while educating the students, the teachers and parents should have the feeling of bringing life to a beautiful sculpture. Along with the IT, BT technology; and with the inspiration from the past history; each one must take the responsibility of making India a super power country, said Gadkari giving a call.
President of the Vidyakendra, Narayana Somayyaji, Minister B. Sriramulu, Former ministers Murugesh Nirani, Nagraj Shetty, entrepreneurs Biju Ramesh, Suhas Gopinath Bengaluru, Malaya Chatterji Mangaluru, Shivakumar Bengaluru, Sudheer Hegde Karkala and others were present on this occasion.
