Mangaluru, December 30: Pratapchandra Shetty who won in the elections for MLC in Dakshina Kannada local constituency, celebrated the victory along with all the congress party leaders and activists on Wednesday, December 30th at the party’s office in the city.
Pratapchandra Shetty expressed his gratitude to all the voters and party activists.
