Mangalore,Jul.22: Opposing the various issues and imbalance management system, disgruntled employees staged a protest in front of Padil United Toyota Company here on Monday July 22.
The employees alleged that the company officials, particularly general manager Sadanand, service manager Ashwin and body manager Ravindra Bangera were not treating the employees in well manner and had been playing politics.
Expressing disappointment they said that there was groupism in the company and one group associating well with the general manager, hence other employees were treated heinously. ‘Every minor mistake is made a big issue and the erring person either transferred to another department or salaries were deducted for every small mistake without prior notice, ‘they alleged.
‘The salaries were not distributed to workers from long time and one of employees had died because the salary was not given in advance for medical treatment when he requested’ they said.
Managing director Prabhakar Rao arrived to the spot and asked the demands of protestors and he said that lack of communication caused to bigger problem in the company.
Mangalore rural police arrived to the spot and brought the situation under their control.
