Mangalore, July 31: Dakshina Kannada District Youth Congress former President late Bondala Jagannatha Shetty’s first death anniversary observed at Mangalore Congress Office, here on Wednesday.
On this occasion, in the memory of Jagannath Shetty, Congress District Secretaries T. K Sudheer, Vishwas Kumar and along with other members distributed the fruits to poor patients.
The late Jagannath Shetty’s contributions towards public, during his tenure of from 2001 to 2009, were recalled on the occasion. Moreover, in his tenure organised national level Sadbhavana rally, District level free rice distribution, Saree distribution and Blood donation camps were memorised and prayed the soul rest in peace.
