Mangalore, August 17: A tipper has rammed into bike rider and caused to death in spot at N H 75 of Adyar on Friday night.
The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Afeek (19).
After leaving his friend at Parangipete, he was moving back to his house. But at N H 75 near Sahyadri College, a reverse taking tipper hit his bike and resulted, throw him from the bike. He was badly injured on his head and face, hence, he dead in the spot itself.
The dead body had been shifted to Wenlock hospital, which kept till night one ‘o’ clock.
Mangalore City police have filed the case and investigation is on.
