Navi Mumbai: On security cameras on a road in Navi Mumbai in Thane, 25 kms from Mumbai, a speeding Honda City collides with a van at 11 pm.
The car is going so fast that the van, when hit, spins several times and at least four people are thrown out onto the road. One died and three were injured.
The Navi Mumbai Police has released footage of the hit-and-run nearly a month after it took place on August 6.
The driver of the car, a beauty salon owner named Seema Thakkar, was arrested a day later but was released on bail the same day.
A report to find out whether she was drunk at the time of the accident is still not out.
