Mangalore, Oct. 16: Condemning the disarray of the ESI hospital, Sudatha Jain did the hunger strike, which was threaten the ESI officers. To reduce the moral strength of Jain ESI officers sent notice to the hotel where Jain is working, it tells that to suspend Jain from work.
The public grievance officer of ESI regional office sent the notice to the hotel; the notice tells that the secretary of All India Labour Union Sudatha Jain who is working in your hotel is interrupted to our works. We fulfilled his demands then also he gave trouble to ESI by performing hunger strike. So the organization should take necessary action towards Jain.
But in real no one has the power to sent notice to a person, which will affect ones source of income. Purposefully they did this to reduce his moral strength.
Regarding to this Jain said that he will discuss about the issue of notice with my lawyer and take further action.
Prakash Udupa, the owner of Vishabhavana Hotel said that it doesn’t mean that if a person is working in a organization should punish for his activities which he did outside the organization. The organization is not responsible for that. Sudattha Jain is a good worker. When he was going to satyagrah or other activities, he gets leave from the organization and goes. So we can’t take any action towards his activities which is favour for the poor labours.
