Udupi; Nov 12: Udupi city municipality council commissioner said in his release that within the jurisdiction of udupi Municipal Corporation catching of street dogs, sterilization and surgical treatment to prevent rabies including complete works will start from November 13.
Therefore commissioner has requested all the citizens to co-operate with city municipality to make this operation a meaningful.
