Mangalore, Nov. 28: In related to the murder case of scrap dealer Rashid of Kudroli, the District Court and session court has granted bail to the main accused Aboobaker Siddiq of Kerala.
Abdul Rashid was killed on June 20 2013, and the body was found at Tannir Bavi beach here on Friday June 21 evening.
It is alleged that Rashid’s wife, Naseema (36), her lover Mohammed Imran, and Naseema’s younger sister’s husband, Saleem (38), Muhammed Ali of Uppala and Aboobaker Siddiq were killed Rashid and throw his body to Gurupura river. And all the five were got arrested by Panamburu Police.
The accused submitted a letter of appealing for bail. And now the court has given the bail to Aboobaker Siddiq. Lawyers Venu Kumar and Yuvaraj were argued for the accused.
