Karkala; Nov 28: As committed by legislator of Karkala V.Sunil Kumar, grant-in-aid under prime minister’s Village Sadak project has been released for Sanoor-Kuntalpady road works in Sanoor village jurisdiction of Karkala taluk.
Under the circumstance, a public conference meet was convened under the presidentship of Karunakara.S.Kotian, president of gram panchayat to discuss about the 30 ft place allowing for the expansion of roads.
These being the main road of Sanoor gram panchayat jurisdiction, all the general public related to this development project have agreed to co-operate by allowing 30 ft space for the developmental works.
During the occasion members of Miyyar district panchayat, standing committee president Udaya.S.Kotian and Vedhamurthy Shreeram Bhat have sought the co-operation from the public.
