Islamabad: After signing up Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, Pakistan’s largest selling mobile phone brand says she will add “new energy” and help further consolidate its position.
The 33-year-old actress has been signed up by QMobile and will star in Pakistan’s most expensive ad ever.
Islamabad: “The profile she carries, candid charisma, and back to back mega hits, in addition to enjoying the number one status in the Bollywood female star category, made us select her as our brand ambassador.
“Being the number one mobile phone brand in the country, we couldn’t settle for anything less,” Zeeshan Akhtar, Chairman and CEO of QMobile told PTI.
Kareena comes with a huge price tag. Last year, she had signed up for a beverage company in India for a whopping Rs 5 crore.
Asked how much Kareena charged for the ad, that would be shot in Thailand, he said, “We call it investment, not cost and that is suppose to be a secret.”
