Kundapur;Dec 31: In the ‘Devadiga Vaibhava-2013’ programme presented by Bayndoor.com,organized jointly by Blue star Cricket Club,Byndoor and Byndoor Devadiga on Dec 29,Sunday in Byndoor J.N.R.Kalamandir,Varsha Hiriadka,student of Manipal Madhava Kripa was declared as the Miss Devadiga and Anush Pratheek,an young entrepreneur was declared as the Mister Devadiga.
Kishori Devadiga from Mumbai, Nikhil Trassi were declared as first runner up followed by Aishwarya Devadiga and Raghavendra Devadiga emerged as the second runners up.
On the same evening, in the trance mania group dance competition, Devadiga Sangha, Thenka Yermal bagged first prize followed by Devadiga sangha, Pavanje second prize and Devadiga Sangha Karkala bagged third place respectively. In the Tasmania solo dance competition, Deeksha Devadiga, Mumbai bagged first prize, followed by Josna Devadiga, Mumbai second and Priya Devadiga, Mangalore, third place respectively.
In the programme, Special Saxobeats programme was performed by Meghna Saligram.Bangalore community kinsfloks staged a short comedy drama ‘Kanyasthree upadra’.
