Has John Abraham tied the knot with his girlfriend Priya Runchal in a private ceremony?
The actor-producer, who is currently holidaying in Los Angeles, gave rise to speculation after signing off his New Year message to fans on Twitter as John and Priya Abraham.
John wrote on the micro-blogging site, “Wishing you and your loved ones a blessed 2014! May this year bring you love, good fortune and joy. Love, John and Priya Abraham.”
John, holidaying with Priya, is said to have tied the knot in the US with only family and close friends in attendance.
John met Priya who is an investment banker through common friends in Mumbai in December 2010. He was previously in a nine-year relationship with actress Bipasha Basu.
The actor has always been secretive about his status with Priya and has rarely spoken about her in the media.
Actress-singer Sophie Choudhary took to Twitter to wish the newly weds.
“Congrats John Abraham… Wish you and Priya all the happiness in the world!! God bless… Lots of love.”
Balaji CEO, Tanuj Garg, also wished John and Priya. “Congratulations John Abraham! All my best.”
