Kundapur; Feb 07: Arrested Keerthi Kumar Shetty accused in sexual harassment on student and head master of Trassi Kalyani Model higher primary school has been awarded judicial custody by Udupi district and session court till Feb 10.
On Februay 05, Keerthi Kumar Shetty was arrested by Gangolli police and produced in court. Advocate B.M.Angadi has sent the accused under police custody until Feb 06, 10.30 am. Accordingly the police have produced the accused in court on Feb o6 and court in turn sent him under judicial custody until Feb 10.
Kundapur tahsildar has taken the statement from the student, the victim of sexual harassment.
Sujatha Salian, Kundapur women police station’s sub-inspector is investigating the incident.
A case has been registered in Gangolli police station.
