Kundapur, May 2: “In recent days, doctors are being doubted by the normal people. It is the duty of doctors to fill confidence in them. Some doctors are getting into evil activities, which are really not appreciated, but most of the doctors are service oriented,” said Dr. B.M. Hegde.
He spoke after releasing the first book written by Dr. M. Ranjit Kumar, titled ‘Jayanthannanigagi’. The booking launching ceremony was held at Laxmi Narasimha Kalamandir, Kundapur.
Senior writer Vaidehi presided over the programme. The book was introduced by Narendra Rai Derla. S. Shenoy welcomed the gathering, Vishwanath Karant hosted the programme. P. Jayavanta Pai presented a vote of thanks.
The book was released with a magic act by Sathish Hemmadi and his team. After the formal function, there was music concert by Ninada team of Udupi.
