Udupi, August 12, 2014: The new superintendent of police (SP) of Udupi district, Mr Rajendra Prasad took his charge on Monday August 11th to replace Dr Boralingaiah, who was transferred as the SP to Davangere earlier this month.
Mr Rajendra Prasad was promoted to the IPS rank in the year 2013 and has served as SP in Chamarajanagar. At this simple official ceremony, additional SP Santosh Kumar, Karkala ASP Annamalai, Udupi DSP Prabhudev Mane, DySP Kundapur C C Patil and other officials were present.
