Ingridients:
babycorn cut legnth wise
corrianger leaves one small bunch
curry leaves few
4 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
2 Garlic cloves
1 tsp chilly Powder
1 tsp garm masala powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp rice flour
1tbsp all purpose flour
lemon juice
1 tbsp curds
Method:
1.Grind corrianger leaves, curry leaves,green chillies, ginger and Garlic in a mixer
2. add add all the other remaining ingridients mix well
3. dip slit babycorn in tha batter and deep fry in oil
