Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra is apparently very fond of Sonam Kapoor and wanted her to be part of all his projects. So when he started working on Bhaag Milkha Bhaag he insisted that she work with him on the film. He finds Sonam as one of the most talented actors of our time.
