Kuwait, May 1: Kuwait Kannada Koota (KKK) celebrated its MaralaMallige Day (Literary Day) with the theme of “AraluMallige – HaasyaHonalu” on 26th April 2013.
The Chief Guest of the program was the famous humorist Mrs. Sudha Baragoor who had come to Kuwait for this occasion. She enthralled the audience with her delectable and humorous talk on fun in everyday life. Various competitions for all age groups – 1 minute video of kids, nursery rhymes competition, drawing competition, Junior Chef, Debate, Rangoli competition, Mad Ads and Written Quiz were organized on the occasion.
Mrs. Sandhya Arunkumar and Mr. Ullasa Vadan compered the program. KKK Vice-President Mr. Vijay Kumar Kairangal welcomed the audience. On behalf of Kuwait Kannada Koota, President Sri R.Dinesh & Smt. Nirupama Dinesh Honored the chief guest Smt. Sudha Bargoor and Secretary Mr. Ramesh P proposed the vote of thanks.
