Sharjah witnessed two horrific incidents that left seven people dead on Saturday.
According to a report in Arabic daily ‘Al Ittihad’, in the first accident, a car carrying six passengers turned turtle and flipped many times on the Kalba Road.
The car then caught fire and the six people in it were burnt to death.
The accident took place around 8am, according to officials from the Sharjah Civil Defence.
Civil Defence teams, firefighters and police rescue teams all rushed to the scene of the accident, but the passengers in the car were already deceased.
