Shaikh Holdings, a Dubai-based real estate investment and development company, has launched its final phase of villas in its award-winning Sanctuary Falls project in Jumeirah Golf Estates.

Prices for these luxury villas range from Dh8.9 million to Dh22 million, with a unique payment plan of 40 per cent payable during construction and 60 per cent upon completion.
This exclusive phase contains newly introduced 5- and 6-bedroom floor plans in some of the project’s most prime locations, and include as standard many innovative features like basements, lifts and state of the art home automation.

Dubbed as the best kept secret in Dubai, the Jumeirah Golf Estates master development will be starting its first handovers before the end of the year.
