Classical Rhythms presented “UTTISHATA JAAGRITHA“ A dance Drama on Swami Vivekananda on 21st September 2013 at the Indian Consulate auditorium. The dance drama was specially choreographed for the 150th year commemoration of Swami Vivekananda Speech at Chicago. The team of 28 artists kept the audience spell bound for 30 mins. The scene opened with a mother narrating the story of Swami Vivekananda to her child. The life on swami was beautifully blended with a mixture of Dance and Drama. The sound and re-recording was done by Master Dhanush Natampalli.
The main artists were – Mother – Namratha Pradeep, Child – Abhinav Kiran, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa – Pradeep Srinivas and Vivekananda – Master Dhanush Natampalli
The brain behind this production is Vidushi Smt. Rohini Ananth. The dances were choreographed jointly by Rohini Ananth and Sapna Kiran .
