New Delhi: Former Maharashtra chief minister Prithviraj Chavan on Saturday was stuck in a lift for about 45 minutes in his Churchgate office in Mumbai, which was eventually opened with the assistance of fire brigade officials.
State Congress general secretary Sanjay Dutt, who was with Chavan at the time, took the lift for their first floor office.
All attempts by the security persons to open the door of the lift failed and the fire department was finally called and both of them were escorted out of the lift safely.
