New Delhi: Udaipur’s Dabok airport has been receiving a rush of private chartered flights. Along with Bollywood glitterati, popstar-actor Jennifer Lopez arrived there with her entourage at 1.30am on Thursday morning.
One of the many VIP guests who are gracing the high-profile marriage of UK-based tycoon Sanjay Hinduja and Anusuya Mehtani, Lopez is also said to be performing at the grand wedding. Anusuya, known as Anu, is fashion designer Nandita Mehtani’s sister.
The wedding royale on February 12 will see Bollywood’s who’s who, Hollywood stars, business moguls and politicians in attendance.
While pop star Nicole Scherzinger is already present in Udaipur, actor-singer Jennifer Lopez reached early Thursday morning and is said to be occupying one of the most lavish suites in City Palace.
Others who reached Udaipur included Shilpa Shetty, Arjun Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Preity Zinta, Sophie Choudhry and designer Manish Malhotra. The Bollywood fashion designer also tweeted a picture with the bride-to-be who was dressed in his ensemble.
It is being speculated that Amitabh Bachchan is expected to reach Udaipur later today. According to reports, Lopez, Akshay Kumar and Malaika Arora Khan will be performing at the grand wedding.
The three-day-long wedding celebrations started on February 10 at the City Palace. The sangeet on February 11 saw a performance by Nicole.
The guests also got to see the singer, who has dated F1 racer Lewis Hamilton in the past, in a desi avatar. The attending guests have been tweeting images from the wedding.
A pre-wedding celebration in Mumbai was attended by the likes of Mukesh and Nita Ambani, Madhuri Dixit, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Luv Sinha, Kussh Sinha, Poonam Dhillon and designer Shaina NC.
