Mangalore, September 13: Kalkura foundation has felicitated the speaker of Vidhana Parishat D.H. Shankaramurthi with Kalkura Award on Thursday. The Kalkura couple were honoured and given the award at the residence of Pradeep Kumar Kalkura, the foundation’s president.
President of the Kannada Sahitya Parishat, Pradeep Kumar Kalkura honoured Shankaramurthy by wrapping a shawl and presented the certificates.MLC Ivon D’Souza who was present on this occasion, was presented a memento and honoured.
During this ceremony, the local congress leaders were present.
