Mangalore, May 08: It has been reported that Vinaya Kumar sorake, congress candidate from Kaup constituency has been declared victorious by defeating his opponents Lalaji Mendon, BJP candidate with difference of votes 1570 and Vasantha V Salian(JDS) with difference of 44821 votes
