Kundapur, November 7: “When god closes one door he opens another door is obviously true”. An insane man was loitering near Thrasi without any knowledge of neither himself nor about the society. He had no food to feed on and no clothes to wear. His life has seen a change now.

This is a real life incident to show how a pure heart of a real Indian beats to the welfare other. The phrase is true “We Indians live in Unity in diversity”.

Story sounds quite interesting:

In commemoration of late Suhail Gangolli- a Gangolli activist of 24/7 helpline, on November 4th the activists of Gangolli activist of 24/7 helpline had planned to distribute a day’s meal, fruits and daily needs to the street side orphans, needy and mentally challenged persons who were found from Kundapur to Shiruru on the eve of Moharum and Uthaana Dwadashi. This man was encountered to the activists during this occasion at Thrasi. When the activists conversed with him, he carried out the conversation well with them in four languages- Kannada, Tamil, Hindi and English. At that moment, the Gangolli 24 * 7 Helpline President Ibrahim Gangolli, social activist Marc D’Souza and Mohammed Subaan were taken into surprise at the smartness of the man.

They contacted the Spoorthi dhama to make some arrangement for him on Wednesday, November 5th. The Chief Executive of the Institute Dr Keshava Koteshwara consented to bring Sunil there.

The Gongolli cops Chandrashekar Areshiruru and Mohana Poojary Shiruru convinced Sunil Kumar and insisted him to go to Spoorthidhama. Later he was brought by the help-line’s vehicle and admitted at the Institution.

Dr Keshava Koteshwara opines that if this man who speaks English very well is slightly insane, if he is treated properly he will recuperate and become a normal man.

Spoorthi dahma in Beluru, has brought life in this man’s life where his hairs, nails beard were trimmed and was provided with good clothes.

Sunil Kumar is currently happy and enthusiastic at Belur. Let us all wish that he gets well sooner.
