Mangaluru, November 10: The officials at Mangalore International Airport have seized gold once again on November 9th from a traveller.
The passenger identified as Shanid Angillath (23), resident of Angillath, Thaikadapuram, Kasargod district. He arrived from Dubai at 17.35 hours by Air India Express flight IX 384.
Gold weighing 140.9 grams valued Rs 3,69,158 was seized from the traveller. The smuggled gold was concealed in the Microwave Oven motor in the form of cut pieces of gold bar.
