Mangaluru, December 30: A MCC meet was convened on Monday December 29th, during which the topic of appointment of the commissioner to MCC was raised.
In order to allow a free flow of traffic, it has been decided to widen a twolane bridge close to the Mahaveera Circle. The bridge widening work is estimated to cost Rs one crore.
MCC Superintendent Engineer and Deputy Commissioner (Development) B.T.Kantharaj has informed that special grant of Rs 100 crore from the Chief Minister would be utilized for the project.
