Mangaluru, July 16: A lorry went berserk and dashed to nearby building after the lorry driver lost control of the vehicle. The accident occurred near Mukka check-post in Mulki on Wednesday night, July 16th.
The lorry dashed and damaged a hotel building before it crashed to a telephone booth.
Break failure is claimed to be the reason for the accident. The lorry was moving towards Udupi from Mangaluru when this accident took place.
The lorry driver who was critically injured has been admitted to a local private hospital. Lorry bears Tamilnadu registration number.
A case has been registered at Suratkal traffic police station.
