Mangaluru, December 16: The Mangaluru City Corporation on Wednesday, December 16th evicted two petty shops situated near Urvastore market that were running without possessing valid documents.
It is said that when the MCC officials checked the documents of these shops, they were found to be invalid. Hence the MCC officials had issued notice two days ago to the shop owners to clear the shops, it is said.
This eviction was conducted led by MCC Assistant Revenue officer Praveen. During the eviction, Hanumanth Kamat of Nagarika Vedike and others were present at the spot.
