Mangaluru, December 17: For any reason, the district administration should not give permission to Islamic scholar Dr Zakir Naik to deliver speech in the district. In case if permission is granted, on the same day, Hindu Samajotsava would be organized in the district, warned Murlikrishna Hasantadka, Bajrang Dal Mangaluru divisional coordinator.
Murlikrishna Hasantadka spoke addressing a press meet on Wednesday December 16th organized by the VHP and Bajrang Dal at the VHP district office here. He said, even the state government is following a anti-hindu policy. If the district administration wishes for the peace and harmony in the district, it should not permit entry of Dr Zakir Naik to Mangaluru. In case permission is granted, the same day, Hindu Samajotsava would be held and VHP leader Dr Praveen Togadia will address the audience, he informed.
On the same occasion, Hasantadka spoke about the Datta Mala Abhiyana, and said that as many as 15,000 people from Mangaluru division, including 3,000 from Mangaluru city, will participate in the Datta Mala Abhiyana in Chikkamagaluru that began on Wednesday December 16th. Sankeertana Yatra will be held on December 20th from PVS circle to Sharavu Mahaganapati Temple, and on December 23rd at 10 pm, we will start from Mangaladevi temple and Yadapadavu Sri Krishna Bhajana Mandir towards Chikkamagaluru, he explained.
