The complaint states, on Sunday December 27th, Salman phoned the girl using Prashant’s phone and asked her to come to Panjimogaru bus stop, saying that he had some important matter to discuss with her. When the girl went to the spot, Adil came by bike and picked her up, and then took her to a house in Panjimogaru. Adil told her to enter the house, and when she did, she saw Prashant, Salman, Naufal and another unknown man sitting inside. When she asked whose house it was, Prashant said it was Salman’s, states the complaint.

The girl alleged that a glass of juice was given to her and then she was taken inside a room, where the five persons raped her. She also alleged that when she resisted, they tortured her. Later Adil dropped her off at a bus stop near a college. A few by-passers who saw her looking tired and ill took her home, she said.

In a similar case as that of hers, another girl in Thokkottu is in the clutches of one Surendra and Chandrakala and needs to be rescued, claimed the girl.

The girl was accompanied by Mangaluru Mahila Shakti who provided counselling to the minor girl.
